S I M P L E is an ode to minimalism - with an authorial twist in the form of subtly decorative grooves. Precise carving of textures softens the restraint of geometric shapes making the collection light and unpretentious. The emblematic simplicity of the forms is combined here with the emotional charge of the symbol of the circle, which in its openness of interpretation evokes a vast array of individual associations. Inspired by the custom of couples in love who gouge their initials in the bark of trees, the collection reminds us of the power that comes from simple gestures. "Simple" is not the minimalism of cold, surgical spaces - it is minimalism from under the sign of a sheet of paper torn from a notebook and a hastily drawn heart, which - as a message - tells its recipient everything.
G L O R I A is a variation on the Simple collection, created on the basis of minimalist circles used in earrings and pendants. Here, the simple design has been enriched with a decorative detail: white zirconia, which beautifully reflects the light. The combination of the raw surface of the circle with the sparkling stone is the result of an artistic exploration of the boundary, where minimalism ends, and the costume and glamour begin. The design uses zirconia in the characteristic shape of a teardrop, which symbolizes the ambivalence of emotions: tears appear both in our happiest and worst moments. In each of these, diametrically opposed situations, however, the primary function of tears remains purification.
